Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Content Licensing

About the Role
This is a leadership position within the Warner Bros. Discovery Studios Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for leading the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) Content Licensing team.
The successful candidate will form, grow, and stabilize the FPA Content Licensing function, working closely with COE and business partner leadership to determine resourcing needs and organization structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute transition plans with COE leadership
- Ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including forecast preparation, submission, and budget preparation
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting responsibilities, including actuals versus forecast variance reporting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization
- Partner with stakeholders for the execution of key initiatives, including global process alignment, continuous improvement, and implementation of planning and reporting best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position
- English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes
- Experience managing large teams, with commercial and media experience a plus
