Citi seeks a skilled Employee Relations Analyst 2 to join their team. This is a developing professional role that requires a good understanding of industry practices and standards.
Job Description:
The Employee Relations Analyst will apply specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. They will identify policy gaps and formulate policies, interpret data, and make recommendations. Researching and interpreting factual information are also key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and facilitate high-risk dispute resolution and disciplinary decisions relating to significant matters involving violations of the Code of Conduct.
- Develop and implement workplace policies, programs, and enhancements to maintain competitive advantage and increase employee engagement.
- Monitor legislation impacting employers and decide necessary modifications to existing practices.
- Provide advanced direction and consulting services to HR and management on a diverse range of complex, sensitive, and/or high-risk HR issues across multiple regions.
- Respond to inquiries from internal/external entities, fair employment practices agency charges, and litigation.
- Maintain employee information that is accurate, meets the organization's legal obligations, and assists in human resource management and planning.
- Provide reporting and analysis on trends and various corporate initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years relevant experience
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and results-driven, and have a strong service attitude. They should also be able to work weekends with two days off during the week. Experience in real estate, financial services, credits, mortgages, sales, finance, and banking is a plus.
Citi offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
