As a fast-growing outsourced IT Service Provider in the Chicago area, Xl is constantly seeking talented individuals to join our Sales team.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to identify, acquire, and retain new customers, driving business growth and revenue expansion. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage potential clients through various channels, including competitor website searching, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategies and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, client feedback, and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experience and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and phone systems, with a basic understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
