Job Summary

Zf Group is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Security Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our security leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement site security assessments to ensure compliance with Corporate Security Standards
  • Classify, report, and mitigate security incidents in accordance with Corporate Security standards
  • Provide nationwide support for the Mexico Security leadership team, focusing on improving efficiency and supporting divisional units and critical projects
  • Implement regional systems to support daily operational security management and single-function model
  • Foster strong partnerships with Zf Group stakeholders, including government officials and agencies, contracted security service management teams, and outside emergency response agencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Cybersecurity, Human Resource Management, Communications, or Criminal Justice
  • Thorough knowledge of computer security tools, best practices, and policies
  • Skills associated with programming and implementation of physical security systems, including access control and video management systems
  • Demonstrated skill in administering security controls, permissions, and privileges in physical security applications
  • Ability to analyze physical security systems and hardware to determine failure points and vulnerabilities
  • Ability to speak/understand both English and Spanish, fluent level (80% above)
