About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S4 Implementation Lead to join our team at Clarios. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the complete SAP S4 implementation program from planning and design to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and govern the overall architecture for the implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with Mexican regulations and following SAP best practices.
  • Deeply understand Mexican localization requirements and ensure they are seamlessly integrated into the SAP S4 solution.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Manage and govern the external delivery partner, providing clear direction, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation.
  • Develop and maintain communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP S4 technologies and best practices.
  • Define and lead knowledge transfer activities to ensure long-term sustainability of the solution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SAP S4 Implementation Architect with a successful track record of leading large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S4 functionality and configuration options.
  • Understanding of Mexican SAP S4 localization.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with external delivery partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
