We are seeking a skilled Occupational Nurse to provide medical services and support to our team at Cummins Inc. in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide injury assessment and care to site personnel within the scope of training.
  • Act as the site health resource and medical first responder.
  • Support the planning and maintenance of the emergency first aid system.
  • Identify and report major injury hazards; stop work if necessary.
  • Report and document work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, and hazards.
  • Support the Case Management process and health surveillance initiatives.
  • Engage in health and wellness inspections, audits, and deliver on objectives and targets.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to recordkeeping standards per corporate data protection and retention requirements.
  • Perform quality checks and control non-conforming materials.
  • Communicate effectively with assigned and support teams.
  • Attend and actively participate in training required by the medical provider.
  • Organize and deliver health training programs according to certifications.
  • Complete personal development and training in line with business requirements.
  • Participate in site employee engagement initiatives and support the development of an interdependent culture.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in medical-clinical practices, including periodic medical exams, general consultation, and emergency care.
  • Knowledge of ergonomics, pathologies, and station evaluations.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and manage health and wellness programs.
  • Experience in handling emergency care and injury assessment.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to documentation standards.
  • Experience in engaging with teams and driving process improvements.
  • Basic to intermediate English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
  • Lic. en Enfermería and a professional license required.

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday, 2nd shift: 3:15 to 11:45
Friday: 3:15 to 11:15
