Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as an Appointment Setter. This role focuses on setting appointments with warm leads who have shown interest in our courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling calls for our Phone Sales Representatives, managing lead information in our CRM system, and monitoring and reporting on appointment setting metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Set Appointments: Schedule calls for the Phone Sales Representatives with warm leads.
- CRM Management: Update and manage lead information in our CRM system.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on appointment setting metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
