Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Loading XML invoices into retail customers' internet portals for seamless transactions.
  • Tracking clients' invoices and ensuring timely payment processing.
  • Verifying customer deduction approval letters before initiating the deduction process.
  • Visiting retail customers to clarify any variances in applied deductions and resolving any issues that may arise.

You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with various teams, including Operations, IT, and Marketing, to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration).
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
