**Job Summary**

Rhi Magnesita is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Counsel to join its North American legal team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing strategic advice on contract interpretation.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including master service agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and vendor and supply agreements.

• Assist the company in labor and employment matters, including union relations and monitoring changes to state and federal laws impacting the business.

• Provide ongoing and proactive strategic advice on contract interpretation, including warranty, indemnity, termination rights, and other potential dispute issues.

• Manage the litigation portfolio in Mexico and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes and operations.

• Provide support for Rhi Magnesita's code of conduct, anti-corruption, and other corporate policies.

**Requirements**

• Law degree and valid license to practice law in Mexico.

• 2-7 years of experience practicing law in a law firm setting or in-house for a corporation, handling commercial and/or labor and employment matters.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• Experience in labor and employment matters and reviewing commercial contracts.

• Ability to travel to the United States at least once per year and to Rhi Magnesita plants in Mexico.
