About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for overseeing demand planning activities for assigned product families in your business unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the demand management agenda for the category, serving as the primary interface between commercial and supply teams to identify and evaluate potential availability issues and commercial changes.
  • Partner with the modeling team to generate statistical forecasting and drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of demand planning professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Review standard consumption versus forecast at the customer and total product levels, collaborating with replenishment and sales revenue planning teams to manage potential availability issues.
  • Drive strong linkages with commercial, customer collaboration, modeling, order fulfillment teams, and supply planning, including innovation and equity.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial, or logistics experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of leading practice demand planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) systems.
  • Fluency in English.
