Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Uber Freight. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and update status on which carrier has missed a pick-up or delivery, providing sufficient comments for customer communication.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any problems to ensure on-time service.
- Communicate directly with carriers to understand shipment status.
- Proactively notify shippers and/or receivers of load status and reschedule pick-up/delivery appointments when necessary.
- Update load status in the system, including loaded, pick-up, delivery, empty, etc.
- Update the Transportation Management System (TMS) with notes on any issues that may occur.
- Utilize the TMS to actively manage on-time performance and automation objectives.
- Appointment Scheduling/Schedule appointments with shippers and/or receivers, update the TMS as needed.
- Communicate any service issues to customers and the team.

Requirements:
- Experience is not required but basic math skills, including the ability to calculate mileage as it relates to time, are necessary.
- Advanced Spanish and English written, oral, and presentation communication skills are required.
- Knowledge of the freight industry and Microsoft Excel, including VLookup, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas, are preferred.
- 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

- Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
