Key Responsibilities:

• Harmonize tool requirements with purchasing, planning, and on-time execution to ensure seamless tool orders and requests.
• Support the administration of assigned unit budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction under the supervision of the leader.
• Manage the execution of maintenance plans and participate in tool certifications according to the schedule.
• Resolve non-conformities and optimize operations within the department.
• Propose and execute improvements in processes related to the department.
• Develop proposals for tool development from conceptualization to design, manufacturing, and installation.
• Coordinate project plans and report progress in a timely manner on assigned activities.
• Develop standards and procedures for tool verification and control to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of resource planning and budgeting, generating reporting metrics to evaluate project costs within the team.
• Intermediate level of English communication skills for international vendor interactions.
• Knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of maintenance metrics (KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, Equipment Availability).
• Knowledge of the Quality Management System applicable to the Maintenance Process.
