A Controlling & Planning Analyst is responsible for financial planning, analysis, process improvement, performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform process activities in the Division, Function, Country sections
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks to deliver efficient service; address open issues independently and support resolution; identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Apply process standards and procedures consistently
- Collaborate with Process Specialists and team members to complete assigned activities on time and accurately
- Recommend changes to process standards and procedures to improve activity performance
- Contribute to meeting team SLAs and KPIs
- Coordinate with stakeholders; support Process Specialists as needed
- Knowledge in Accounting
Your Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling; experience in service delivery models
- Strong understanding of processes from content and technical perspectives
- Good knowledge of business setup and interconnections
- Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels
- Effective communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; proven ability to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details, and possess good analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and structured approach
- Technical skills: ERP (SAP desirable), Planning & Reporting tools, integrated solutions
- Understanding of end-to-end processes, systems, and data flows across the organization
- Language skills: Fluent English and local language
