Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst

 

At Tata Consultancy Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring that our total rewards program aligns with our business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report Preparation and Validation: Prepare and validate reports that provide insights into employee compensation and benefits data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compensation Incidences for Payroll: Assist with compensation incidences for payroll, utilizing your knowledge of SAP processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Support to Compensation Processes: Support various compensation processes, including compensation letters, salary increments, and surveys, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Benefits Improvement and Communications: Work towards improving benefits and communicating them effectively to employees, enhancing their overall quality of life.

Experience:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits is required for this role.
