As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist at Endeavor, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and adoption of our sales engagement platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, with experience in managing complex customer relationships and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer plans, while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing customized customer success plans to drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and customer-facing teams
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and prioritize customer needs, and develop targeted solutions
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
