We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to join our Tijuana, Mexico team, where you'll play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seek out and implement process improvements to meet departmental goals in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery Time.
  • Lead Lean/Continuous Improvement teams, including Kaizen, Cellular Mfg., One Piece Flow, 5S, visual management, and Kanban.
  • Manage Product transfer projects, design manufacturing cells layouts, and coach and mentor Manufacturing engineers.
  • Support new product releases through pre-production phase, identifying manufacturability issues and providing feedback to design engineers.
  • Generate engineering change orders/requests to support process and product changes.
  • Perform mechanical analysis of assembly quality and process issues, and design and order assembly fixtures and tooling.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Fluent in English (80% oral, written, listening).
  • Effective communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in related area.
  • Experience in electronic circuit assembly.
Working Conditions:

Normal office and manufacturing floor environment. Domestic or international travel may be required.
