Aptiv Plc is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to play a crucial role in achieving quality objectives and ensuring compliance with safety metrics.
About the RoleThis position will be responsible for actively participating in daily area performance meetings, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring the execution of audits by the Group Head. Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor quality systems to eliminate red labels and customer complaints, participate in tracking critical part numbers, and maintain scrap metrics within target according to sales. The Manufacturing Supervisor will also manage operational and technical personnel, while adhering to performance metrics.
