We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at TLNT & Spin Hire. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating seamless projects and streamlining collaboration across departments using ClickUp PMS.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with department heads and project owners to define deliverables and milestones, and build project management structures in ClickUp to support.
- Manage and support deadlines, roadblocks, and resource allocations for each project.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand project workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and build out project management best practices in ClickUp.
- Provide training and support to team members on ClickUp PMS, ensuring high proficiency across departments.
- Facilitate collaboration between departments by implementing project management best practices and utilizing ClickUp features for seamless communication and task management.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project timelines, goals, and deliverables.
- Generate and analyze project management reports, providing insights to leadership on project status, resource allocation, and potential areas for improvement.
- Proven experience as a project manager, using ClickUp PMS with in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for process optimization.
- Familiarity with DTC e-commerce operations and challenges.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead change initiatives.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
