Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Controller to lead our Digital Transformation Finance team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and forecasting financial performance, ensuring alignment with global strategies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage financial expertise to drive business growth and value creation through strategic planning and analysis.
  • Support the VP of Digital Transformation in defining and managing the company's digital spend, ensuring adherence to global plans and strategies.
  • Develop and propose best practices for financial processes related to Digital Transformation, informed by benchmarking analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial close processes, adhering to global guidelines and policies.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a controller or financial planning role.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Desirable: SAP expertise and prior experience in financial control.
