Job Description

We are looking for a skilled individual with a strong background in lean transformation to lead our process excellence initiatives. As a Lean Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for driving cultural change, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lean strategies to improve process efficiency and reduce waste
  • Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure sustainability
  • Provide coaching and training to employees on lean principles and tools
  • Maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading lean transformations in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of driving cultural change and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
