Dana Incorporated seeks a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for operating the machining process station with precision and efficiency.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced operator who can ensure the quality of our products while meeting production and performance objectives. You will work closely with our team to continuously improve processes and adhere to safety guidelines and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the machining process station to meet quality requirements.
- Comply with safety guidelines and standards in your work area.
- Maintain operational discipline and follow work schedules.
- Carry out procedures outlined in your operation and inspection sheet daily.
- Complete standardized work instructions, control plans, and required documentation.
- Properly use the escalation plan to alert problems in equipment or product quality.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced production setting.
