Job Title: Freight Audit Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Audit Analyst to join our team at Danfoss GmbH. As a Freight Audit Analyst, you will be responsible for performing logistics cost allocations in operations with Danfoss Forwarders and Brokers, ensuring full compliance and the correct cost based on Global Negotiations in time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assure correct audit of invoices vs. MRS (update) for Brokers and Forwarders services.
  • Approve invoices before due date to avoid payment delays by Finance.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers to ensure correct charges and services.
  • Create Logistics Month Closing reports to allocate costs to Business Units.
  • Generate reports for month-end provisions (In-Transit Report, Pending Invoicing Report).

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-2 years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of SAP, including VIM approval and Fiori in P01.
  • Ability to manage GTS data to allocate costs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
