Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to meet IATF 16949, EAQF, VDA, and AMEF standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of production associates, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage inventory levels.
- Safety and Security: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures, and conducting regular safety audits.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Education: Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical-Administrator, or related field.
- Skills: Lean manufacturing, six sigma methodology, world class manufacturing, customer service, and communication skills.
