Job Summary

The Senior Web Analyst will play a key role in the Marketing Enablement Team of BL AA, working closely with Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Corporate Web team, and BL leadership to successfully perform web analytics, analyze scraped web data, identify areas for improvement, track project effectiveness, and report findings to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Determine key performance indicators (KPIs), drive web analytics, and web reporting needs within the BL.
  2. Build strong relationships with Product Lines to support digital marketing objectives.
  3. Establish a reputation as the go-to expert for web analytics-related projects.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Social Media, Campaign, and Web Traffic Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, SimilarWeb, and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Ability to analyze data, provide meaningful insights, and develop analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Great organization and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-driven, and able to take ownership of tasks in a high-performing team environment.
