About This Opportunity

Retail Zipline is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to help drive innovation and customer satisfaction through excellent design practices.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our product's user experience, collaborating closely with our cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Create high-fidelity designs that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine design solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience designing UX/UI solutions for desktop and mobile.
  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing a foundation in information architecture, UI & interaction design, visual design, and working with design systems.
  • Experience driving user interviews and concept testing with customers.
  • Experience partnering with product and engineering to develop the rationale, options, and execution plans for your features.
