Eaton's ES AMER PCS ICD division is currently seeking a Senior Planner to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The Senior Planner will play a critical role in collaborating with multiple departments and functions to maintain manufacturing order flow. This includes developing resolutions for shipping issues and working with shipping/receiving personnel to improve carrier performance.

**Essential Functions:**

• Provide exceptional customer service with high response skills and different level communication skills.

• Follow up and prioritize sales orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Coordinate and control production demand programs based on customer requirements.

• Conduct internal follow-ups on work orders and manufacturer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Generate clear-to-build reports to inform production planning decisions.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize finished goods inventory planning.

• Drive improvements to key performance indicators (KPIs) and production schedule attainment.

• Analyze and mitigate backorder management, projection, and mitigation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive improvements to supply chain processes, including planning and lead times.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management or logistics.

• 3+ years of experience working in supply chain or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to determine accuracy and identify necessary actions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly to management and peers.

• Bilingual English/Spanish language skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400/MAPICS.
