Senior iOS Software Architect for Mexico Real Estate Experience

Are you a seasoned iOS engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technology decisions?
We are seeking a Senior iOS Software Architect to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and operable systems that meet the needs of our users.
As a technical leader, you will mentor junior developers, collaborate with other engineers, and contribute to outstanding full-stack mobile application development from concept to launch.
You will work closely with product management, design, and services to shape and define products, and implement client-side features and server APIs and services to support planned mobile functionality.
With your strong knowledge of Objective-C and Swift, as well as Swift-UI, you will consistently deliver performant, testable, scalable, highly-readable code using OO best practices.
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position, allowing you to work from a physical location of your choice within Mexico.
In addition to a competitive base salary of $120,000 per year, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance, and location.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 4+ years of iOS experience
- Strong knowledge of Objective-C and Swift, as well as Swift-UI
- Ability to mentor and coach junior developers
- Ability to drive cross-team design and framework decisions
- Deep JavaScript knowledge and hands-on experience with React and Redux
- Strong CSS knowledge
- Team leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience delivering quality code on a deadline
- Strong experience profiling for optimizing performance and resource utilization
