Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Trainee to join our team. As a Purchasing Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
    • Configure and maintain the Tool Crib system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory levels.
    • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supplier performance.
  • Procurement Support
    • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies, including tendering and contract management.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Student in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration) with at least 3 semesters remaining.
  • Language Skills
    • Proficient in English (B2-C1 level).
  • Personal Qualities
    • Proactive and extroverted individual with strong communication skills.
