Key Responsibilities- Partner with software teams to ensure high-quality video delivery through our CDN partners
- Catalog and manage all Brightcove CDN origins (Live and VOD) and certificates
- Maintain and coordinate customer-specific customizations of CDN configurations
- Lead CDN partner purchasing for short and long-term contracts
- Ensure accurate billing and cost allocation for CDN usage across Brightcove customers and engineering teams
- Lead migration projects to ensure Brightcove customers are using the best possible encoding and delivery workflows
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, technology management, business management or similar
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development within a SaaS Software tech environment
- Critical skills: communication skills, leadership, ability to motivate and influence others without direct authority
- Strong analytical thinking; Ability to collect, assess, and interpret data while reporting back to various internal audiences
- Ability to collaborate with software and IT engineers as well as management, creating artifacts specific to each audience
- Experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration
- Demonstrated experience in escalation and risk management
- Experience with standard office applications (ie, Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Experience with Atlassian products: Jira and Confluence
- Positive attitude and high collaborator with a passion for relationship building, creative thinking and problem solving, and making an impact
