As a key member of our housekeeping and laundry team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including restrooms, showers, and floors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize public and employee restrooms and showers, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas, including windows and mirrors.
  • Dust and polish surfaces in assigned areas, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Empty trash and recyclables from public areas, ashtrays, and ash urns, and replace liners as needed.
  • Inspect and report any damages or issues with furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, and reporting any maintenance issues to the maintenance team.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds, and push and pull work-related machinery.
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods, and move through narrow or confined spaces.
  • Ability to reach overhead, below the knees, and bend, twist, pull, and stoop as needed.
  • Ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
