Job Summary

The Program Manager is a key member of the Antal International Network team, responsible for the successful execution of programs across various industries. This role requires a strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Integration Management: Ensure seamless problem identification and resolution for assigned programs.
  • Project Scope and Risk Management: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.
  • Project Time and Resource Management: Optimize project timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
  • Project Cost and Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Project Quality: Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective quality control processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree in Administration preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum of six (6) years' experience in the automotive industry and three (3) years in another functional group (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, Sales, or Purchasing).
  • Experience in at least two (2) key functional areas: Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
  • Proven knowledge of program management methodology, tools, and techniques.
  • Participation or leadership in a cross-functional team.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and drive a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Execution and quality focus.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
