- Identify opportunities for improvement using tools such as layered audits and implement corrective actions to achieve Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost key performance indicators.
- Cultivate a safety culture and implement and enforce workplace safety rules and policies.
- Implement GMS and lean principles to drive operational excellence.
- Model GM's cultural behaviors and demonstrate the highest level of integrity at all times.
- Maintain good working relationships and communicate effectively with employees, union representatives, and management team.
- Evaluate team performance and promote continuous improvement.
- Achieve quality standards by communicating goals and identifying resourceful ways to solve problems.
- Understand and consistently administer collective bargaining agreements and company policies.
- Complete administrative tasks such as timekeeping and maintain departmental records and reports.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Logistics-related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including 4x3 rotation.
- Intermediate to Advanced English language proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of MRP, Material Resources, and Microsoft Office.
