Your Role
As a team lead in the LAC region, you will collaborate closely with the CSP Regional head and CSPs to facilitate successful engagements with our customers. You will also support the day-to-day business execution and leadership of the LAC CSP team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Preferred Success Customer Success Partners (CSP) within the region.
- Ensure team success in proactively engaging with customers to drive success across the contract lifecycle.
- Lead team of CSPs to implement, expand, and scale business to drive long-term customer success.
- Support direct reports in identifying development opportunities and achieving their goals.
- Assess regional performance to establish internal strengths and weaknesses, providing recommendations on people development and performance improvement.
- Establish an active feedback loop with CSPs to discover opportunities for growth and collect and share best practices.
- Act as primary point of escalation for customer account issues.
- Develop and implement strategies and plans to drive customer outcomes, leading to subscription renewals.
- Monitor SLA performance and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Engage with global teams to leverage expertise throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Contribute to the library of success plays and best practices to enhance SAP's ability to drive customer success.
- Achieve operational and renewal rate goals across the team.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders.
- Manage resources to ensure business-critical and innovative results.
- Build action plans and support operational decisions on policies, tactics, and resources critical to the function's business success.
- Accountable for annual goals established for the team or region.
- Involved in and responsible for recruiting new hires.

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
- Fluency in English, Spanish, Portuguese.
- Strong understanding of Preferred Success and Scale delivery an advantage.
- Experience with successful collaboration with regional and global leadership teams.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
