Lead UI/UX Designer

At AgileEngine, we're seeking a talented Senior/Lead Product Designer to join our team and drive the development of innovative UI/UX solutions.
We're looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in designing intuitive user interfaces for various devices, including phones, smart glasses, and tablets. Your primary responsibility will be to create wireframes, prototypes, and user scenarios that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as you'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations. You'll also lead and present recurring design reviews to our customers' teams, ensuring that your designs meet their expectations.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you'll collaborate with developers, product owners, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries. Your ability to balance innovation with practicality, working within technical, business, and time constraints, is essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Figma and similar tools, as well as excellent communication skills to convey complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility is also required.
A deep sense of quality and attention to detail, along with a passion for delivering delightful user experiences, are must-haves for this role. Basic knowledge of AR technology and a proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business goals, are also highly valued.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (USD), based on experience and qualifications.
