Key Responsibilities- Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap.
- Team leader able to define epics, features, and tasks with agile methodologies.
- Analyzes business requirements and translates them into high-level design.
- Clearly articulates rationale for decisions from business to technical.
- Design, develop, and deliver ad-hoc dashboards using BI tools, such as Tableau and Cognos.
- Define quality criteria for data presentation in BI platforms.
- Work with business teams of BI and Data professionals across the organization.
- Collaborates within the technical teams such as Data Architects, Data Modelers, ETL Developers, BI Developers, Project Managers, and Platform Architects.
- Define self-service flows and strategies to improve the BI platform adoption.
- Create and support the BI documentation.
- Lead meetings and working sessions to solve issues, challenges, and risks by factoring input from partners and diverse points of view.
- Facilitates meetings with decision makers, technology owners, vendors, and end users to define goals and requirements.
- Coach or mentor direct team members and indirect team members.
- Keep track of new BI industry trends.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Desired: Knowledge in any BI tools or academic background in data analytics environment.
- Familiarity with agile is a plus.
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
- Technical background with familiarity in relevant data technologies structured/unstructured databases, data modeling, data management, rapid/iterative development methodologies, and data governance tools; preferrable having worked with Teradata, Oracle, Cloudera stack, and in enterprise BI tools such Tableau and Cognos.
- Experience designing and supporting self-service development workflows for user management.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence principles.
