We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and improving engineering processes with a focus on usability and software. You will also coordinate tool improvement activities based on project and process needs, coach development teams in processes, methods, and tools, and work in an international team including remote coaching.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve engineering processes with a focus on usability and software
  • Coordinate tool improvement activities based on project and process needs

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
  • 3+ years of experience with creating, implementing, and testing automotive ECU software
  • Or, 3+ years of experience with validating and verifying automotive ECU software & validation tools
  • Experience with methods used in engineering
  • Knowledge of ASPICE
  • Experience in software development and/or testing part of SDLC
  • Experience in software development and management tools such as RTC, DOORS/DNG, Rhapsody, RQM, Static Analysis, and Unit testing tools
  • Understanding software architecture methodologies and software design principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AUTOSAR development workflows
  • Experience with failure analysis like FMEA and fault trees
  • Experience with functional safety/ISO
  • Experience with AGILE or SAFe
  • Experience in ASPICE assessments as an assessor or co-assessor
  • Experience with SW project management
  • Experience with coaching & consulting methods
