Mixologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixologist to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through your expertise in mixology and exceptional service.

• Inspect and maintain the highest standards of grooming and attire for staff members.
• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor dining areas to ensure optimal seating, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and repairs, and conduct scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor.
• Manage cash handling and bank operations, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Assist in the hiring, training, and development of team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
