Anima, a pioneering healthcare technology company, is seeking a seasoned talent acquisition expert to spearhead its recruitment efforts. As the Head of Talent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's exceptional team and driving growth. With a strong background in scaling B2B/enterprise SaaS businesses, particularly in revenue and distribution functions, you will leverage your expertise to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities include scaling up the GTM recruiting process in UKI and eventually US, establishing employer branding, setting up and running a recruiting pipeline and onboarding process for account executives, account managers, and executive-level searches. You will also be responsible for running hiring events, building relationships with top-tier sales and CS communities, engaging with talent from diverse backgrounds, and promoting Anima as the employer of choice for top-tier talent.

A successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with great attention to detail. Proven success in recruiting for GTM, growth, and revenue leadership roles is essential. Experience in building and coaching TA teams, consistently delivering on recruitment targets, is highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, plus additional benefits including flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.
