Corporate Counsel

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Counsel to join our team in Silao, Mexico. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in supporting our business units nationwide and providing expert advice on various legal matters.

About the Role:

• Provide strategic legal guidance to support business growth and development
• Review and draft complex agreements, including credit, trust, and guarantee agreements
• Monitor and advise on compliance with regulatory guidelines issued by Mexican authorities
• C coordinate and negotiate litigation cases
• Support special projects, such as joint ventures and spin-offs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external lawyers and stakeholders

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A law degree from a reputable institution
• Proven experience in corporate law, particularly in the automotive industry
