Job DescriptionJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead quality assurance processes at our facility, developing key suppliers to improve their processes and process capability.
The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, product testing, and finished goods testing, as well as applicable lab activities;
- Responding to complaints and non-compliance, and signing off on deviations, validation, and other design verification protocols;
- Ensuring that the on-site lab is testing and escalating issues that arise;
- Conducting trending analysis with non-conformance compliance and developing month-end reports and management reviews;
- Developing correctional and preventative actions for quality-related processes;
- Serving as an internal auditor and leading external regulatory auditors throughout the facility;
- Mentoring junior employees;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of quality control principles and procedures;
