The Oracle Database and Exadata Support Engineer is a critical role that requires a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and electronic means
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Oracle Database and Exadata products
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Develop and implement strategies for providing proactive support
- Stay up-to-date with new releases and functionalities of Oracle products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- More than 6 years of experience as an Oracle database Administrator or Exadata Administrator
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Database, Exadata, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience with Oracle Security products, Oracle Golden Gate, Exadata, Super Cluster, ZFS, ZDLRA
- Knowledge of Oracle Exadata - Database Machine Administration (DMA)
- Experience with Oracle Exadata - implementation / configuration
- Good knowledge and technical experience on ZDLRA, ILOM, Hardware/DIMM replacement activities
As a member of the Oracle Support team, you will have the opportunity to work with a global customer base and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. You will also have access to training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with new releases and functionalities of Oracle products.
