Program Support Specialist

The Program Support Specialist will play a vital role in the success of our Higher Education team. This individual will work closely with team members to ensure the smooth execution of programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of online registration platforms
  • Updating vendor manager and participant information
  • Completing bulk and manual registrations
  • Preparing final program documentation for distribution to travelers
  • Creating orientation and marketing materials for clients
  • Organizing and managing individual travel requests, including vouchers for confirmation
  • Assisting with the collection of outstanding individual payments from program participants
  • Developing template itineraries for various destinations
  • Assisting with program pricing and proposals as needed
  • Reviewing, updating, and sending participant invoices
  • Providing support to the Global Experiences team with document creation and assistance
  • Assisting the Air team with CRM entries, double-checking names upon ticketing, and individual air PSA
  • Platform support: CRM, GIS, GRS integration assistance
  • Completing other general administrative tasks, including mailing, phone calls, and data entry projects

Requirements:

  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiencies, including Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to adding value
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to complete several projects
  • Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Interest in global education, with a basic knowledge of world markets, capital cities, languages spoken, and currencies
  • Bachelor's Degree Desired
