We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Sustainability Leader to join our team at Heineken International B.V. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's sustainability goals and contribute to our mission to brew great beers and build great brands.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the sustainability strategy within the Procurement department and with suppliers.
- Connect with the sustainability ecosystem within the company and articulate a single source of truth as a roadmap for Scope 3 decarbonization.
- Connect and coordinate with all sustainability resources within the company: Corporate Affairs, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Global.
- Collaborate and push suppliers to establish clear and ambitious decarbonization strategies that require investment from the supplier side.
- Negotiate with suppliers on monetization and capture of economic benefits derived from sustainability strategies with benefits in Evergreen F&F.
- Promote cultural and organizational change to incorporate the sustainability angle in strategies and negotiations with suppliers.
- Completed degree in Engineering.
- 3-5+ years of experience (2-3+ in sustainability or related topics).
- Advanced English skills.
- Organizational and stakeholder management skills. Ability to synthesize.
- High degree of influence and leadership.
- Negotiation skills.
