**Job Overview**:
The Materials Administrator plays a critical role in establishing material management processes to perform various day-to-day activities. This role requires the ability to recognize and solve typical supply chain problems with limited supervisory approval.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Complete receiving activities, reconciling quantity abnormalities and non-conforming items
Perform data entry into the Material Management System (Smart Materials)
Conduct material management activities, including inventory control, allocation, and material matching
Understand and consistently apply material management procedures as established in company policies

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

Associate's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline or HSD/GED/IGCSE
0-3 years of relevant experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Organized and disciplined individuals with well-developed communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with operational management throughout the organization
Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and ability to learn new topics and technology quickly
Material management experience is preferred
Strong understanding of the Materials Management end-to-end process
