We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Littelfuse. As a key member of our Indirect Procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the PR/PO conversion process in SAP, ensuring compliance with our supplier selection process.
- Monitor and escalate purchase orders as needed, maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure a continuous supply of required goods and materials, identifying and mitigating potential supply chain risks.
- Develop and maintain effective purchasing processes, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, with experience in SAP a plus.
- High attention to detail, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a customer-focused approach.
