**Job Summary**:

Talent Accelerator is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct usability testing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides.

**Requirements**:

**Design Tools**:

Figma: Advanced experience in design and prototyping.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Sketch and InVision: Use for collaborative design and prototyping.
- **Frontend Development**:

HTML/CSS: Solid knowledge in creating responsive layouts and styles.
- JavaScript: Ability to implement interactivity and dynamic components.
- **User-Centered Design**:

Experience in User-Centered Design methodologies.
- Knowledge in usability testing and user behavior analysis.

**Certifications (Optional)**:

Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)

**Soft Skills**:

Excellent visual and written communication skills.
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Meticulous approach and attention to detail in design.

**Design Systems**: Experience in building and managing design systems using **Storybook** to maintain consistency in UI components.

**Interactive Prototyping**: Ability to create highly interactive prototypes using **Framer** or **Principle** that simulate real user experiences.

**A/B Testing**: Knowledge of implementing A/B tests and analyzing results using tools like **Optimizely** or **Google Optimize** to iterate designs based on real data.

**Compensation**:

$35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
