Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to join our team. As a key member, you will lead and/or direct engineering resources in developing and improving processes and equipment, focusing on low-cost manufacturing, superior quality/service, and improved capability/capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and/or direct engineering resources in the development and improvement of processes and equipment.
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, equipment, and systems within the manufacturing plant.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the continuous operation of machinery and equipment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electromechanical, or Civil) is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or related fields in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building management systems, equipment, and machinery.
