Job Summary
Goodyear seeks a talented professional to lead the execution of Talent Management and Organizational Development strategies and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, training, and development, with experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Execute the recruitment process for white and blue-collar associates, coordinate intern programs, and manage the recruitment supplier.
- Training: Coordinate onboarding, training, development, and certification programs for white and blue-collar associates and interns, lead the CSD Pillar, and assure compliance with legal requirements.
- Talent Development: Support the implementation of culture-organizational change initiatives, talent management processes, and improvement projects in HR and plant processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist, Analyst, or Coordinator roles, with a focus on recruitment, training, and organizational development.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of increasing scope and responsibility in leadership roles.
