**Job Summary:**
SWBC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing test plans to ensure the highest quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Execution: Design and create test plans based on requirements, execute tests, audit and report problems found, and accurately document results.
- Test Data Management: Create and maintain test data in assigned environment using established Quality Assurance (QA) tools.
- Risk Management: Define risks that may impact the schedule and suggest actions to eliminate or mitigate risks.
- Documentation and Communication: Provide clear and concise project and test documentation, contribute to specification, test case, and test plan reviews.
- Process Improvement: Participate in documentation, development, and improvement of processes and procedures, leverage other project team expertise to solve problems.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of data management/administration, preferably in a secured technical environment.
- Certifications: International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) certification preferred.
- Skills: Working knowledge of Power 9, Structured Query Language (SQL), and Azure DevOps, defect reporting tools, and test management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent multi-tasking skills, excellent organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work under limited supervision.
