Job SummaryWe are currently searching for a Salesforce Service Cloud - Digital CRM Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Work with an agile application team to build out new functionality and maintain the current CRM.
- Collaborate closely with other developers and the scrum master to deliver and implement changes that drive business value.
- 8+ years of IT experience, preferably in any CRM platform.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with DealCloud.
- Experience in Portable Configuration.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Building unit test cases and testing.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Integration experience with Rest/SOA API.
- Familiarity with Private Equity is an added advantage.
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
